2. Order Cutoff Times & Dispatch
To ensure prompt fulfillment across Kenya:
- Monday to Friday: Orders placed and confirmed before 3:00 PM EAT are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM are dispatched first thing the following business day.
- Saturday: Orders placed before 12:00 PM EAT are dispatched same day.
- Sundays & Public Holidays: Orders are processed and dispatched on the next working business day.
3. Packaging & Transit Insurance
All laptops, workstations, monitors, and servers are packed in reinforced, tamper-evident shock-absorbent packaging. For high-value enterprise consignments shipped via regional couriers, full transit insurance is maintained to safeguard against transit damage or loss.
4. Consignment Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an official dispatch notification via SMS, Email, and WhatsApp containing the courier waybill number. You can track your consignment live at any time on our website via Track My Order or contact our logistics desk at +254 711 723 890.
5. Package Inspection Upon Delivery
We urge all customers to inspect the outer carton and security seal upon receipt before signing the courier waybill. If any physical damage is observed, make a note on the courier delivery note and notify our support desk within 48 hours to initiate our Free Defect Replacement Process.
