1. Quotations, Pricing & Order Acceptance

All commercial quotations issued by Jay Digital Solutions remain valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue unless specified otherwise in writing due to foreign exchange currency fluctuations or manufacturer price adjustments.

All website and catalog prices are denominated in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of standard Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. An order is deemed accepted once an official order confirmation, purchase order (LPO), or payment confirmation is received.

2. KRA eTIMS Tax Invoicing

In compliance with the Tax Procedures Act and Kenya Revenue Authority regulations, an electronic Tax Invoice Management System (eTIMS) compliant fiscal invoice featuring an authorized KRA QR code, control unit number, and Buyer KRA PIN is generated for every retail and corporate transaction.

3. Payment Terms

We provide transparent payment channels for clients across Kenya:

• Retail & Online Orders: Payable upon checkout via Safaricom M-Pesa, Debit/Credit Card, or direct bank transfer before dispatch.
• Corporate Procurement: Standard credit terms (15 to 30 days) are available to pre-approved corporate organizations, educational institutions, and government bodies against an official Local Purchase Order (LPO).
• Ownership / Title: Ownership of all hardware remains with Jay Digital Solutions until payment in full has been settled.

4. Delivery, Inspection & Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon physical handover and signature of the delivery waybill. Customers must inspect packages upon receipt and report any transit damage or discrepancies within 48 hours in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

5. Warranties & Returns

All genuine hardware products are sold with official manufacturer partner warranties (1 to 3 years) and are subject to our strict 7-day unopened Return & Refund Policy. Returns for refund are strictly accepted within 7 days for brand-new, unopened equipment with intact factory seals. We do not sell counterfeit or clone equipment.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, Jay Digital Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of business profits, or data corruption resulting from the use or inability to use purchased equipment. Customers are strongly encouraged to maintain regular backups of all business data.
